Dance Around the World

Join us to learn dances from around the world and dive into cultures from different countries. Together you will learn basic steps to a traditional dance, sample food and meet others from the community.

All dances can be modified to fit your ability.

Meet your Instructor1
Dorina Nimigean has traveled the world in dance ensembles and taught traditional folk dances to all ages in Romania, Italy, and Germany. She is currently an instructor for enrichment programs and a member of the New England Folk Art Center. She loves dancing because it lights everyone up, increases energy and optimism, boosts self-confidence, opens perspectives, and helps people connect with others.
