Observers needed for the Solar Eclipse Viewing Event!

An event you wont want to miss!! On April 8, a total solar eclipse, meaning the moon will completely block the light of the sun, will happen across Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Dubbed the 2024 Great North American Solar Eclipse by NASA, the next total solar eclipse visible from the contiguous United States won’t happen again until 2044!

Join in all the fun as we will provide safe viewing glasses as well as the opportunity to help NASA and be a Eclipse Soundscape Observer.  We will provide materials to document how a solar eclipse affects life on Earth, such as animals and insects. Sign up and join us as we take part in this unique event as a community to watch the solar eclipse and gather as much observation data as possible to help science better understand the affects of solar eclipses!
