These teams play in the Manchester Suburban Basketball League. Players can expect 2 practices per week with 1-2 games per week on weeknights and weekends. Travel to various towns throughout southern NH is required. There will be one or two teams per age division and a mandatory try-out. Not all players are guaranteed to make the team.

Program Fee: $290R, $320NR

*7th and 8th graders trying out for the AMS team should also attend travel try-outs if they are interested in playing travel basketball. We will work with the teams and families as the AMS try-outs and teams are announced and make changes as needed.

* 5-9 graders trying out for the travel team that would like to play rec if they do not make travel should register and pay for rec. If they make the travel team, we will transfer registration and apply payment towards the travel fee.

Rec Basketball League Info (Grades 3-9):
Teams in this league play in the Souhegan Valley Basketball League. Players can expect 1-2 practices per week with 1 game on Saturdays and a Jamboree weekend (small tournament) in February. 3/4 grades will practice at Mont Vernon Village School on a week night and play games on Saturdays at Souhegan High School.. Travel to surrounding towns is required. There will be a screening to help create even teams and all players who sign up before the registration close date will be allowed to participate. The 7th-9th grade team will be co-ed.

Basketball for 1st and 2nd graders is a Saturday only program designed to introduce the sport of basketball. Each session will consist of a 30-minute team practice, followed by a 30-minute scrimmage against another team. There will be no additional practice days at this level, and all teams are co-ed. All sessions will be at the Mont Vernon Village School.

Program Fee: $65R, $80NR

1st and 2nd Grade Season Dates:
