We offer three class options for Yoga with long-time instructor, Leslie Formby. Students aged 13 and up are welcome. Make time for yourself with exercise and mediation and choose the one that works for your schedule!
Tuesdays at PMEC, 8:45-10AM Hatha Yoga
Yoga poses, breath work, meditation, and relaxation are included in this 75 minute class. Improve flexibility and strength as you begin to tune in to yourself and build your ability to relax. Increase your joy and energy with gentle yoga poses that enliven and rejuvenate you. This class is suitable for all levels.
Thursdays at PMEC, 8:45-10AM Mindful Flow Yoga
This 75 minute class includes gently flowing yoga poses, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Letting our breath lead our movements, we move gently through sun salutations as we strengthen, stretch and tone our body and mind! Previous yoga experience helpful.
