What is Piloxing Barre??
It is a new, exciting fitness barre workout that uses a high-energy combination of Pilates, Boxing and Dance. In 50 minutes, you "lengthen, strengthen, box and sweat"! This is the time to try something new and create an improved YOU!

What to Bring: Piloxing Barre uses optional weighted gloves to enhance toning of the arms and to maximize cardiovascular health. You can find these on Amazozn or at Target, but are not required for class. Bring water, a towel, and a get ready to sweat!

Frances is an  AFAA Personal Trainer/ TRX/ Group Ex instructor, coming to Southern NH from NYC and New Jersey. Soon to be certified in Piloxing Barre, her primary goals are to excite people about becoming fit, healthy and feeling great.  She hopes to help everyone find the exercise regime that works best and then help them maintain it.  Whether you want to maintain your fitness level or need help reaching your full potential, she will get you there!
