The cultivation of other mushrooms such Oyster, Lion’s Mane, and King Stropharia will also be touched on in lessor detail.

We will begin with a discussion of the mushroom life cycle and the role of fungi in natural ecosystems. Participants will learn and perform hands-on cultivation techniques culminating with each participant making their own inoculated log bolts to take home.
