Adult Hiking & Yoga in Nature
Get ready for a fun and active morning of hiking, yoga and meditation. Build strength, endurance, flexibility and balance while exploring nature and finding peace in the outdoors.
This class is designed for adults. It will include walking the trails, yoga poses on the trail and mindfulness exercises.
You will need comfortable walking/hiking shoes with spikes or Yak tracks, hand coverings, yoga clothing, water and a mat. Wearing bright colors is a must for sharing the woods with possible hunters.

Class will be cancelled and a makeup scheduled for the following:
The real feel for the temperature is below 0`F.
There is a wind advisory issued.
There is a thunder and lightning advisory issued.
There is a flood warning that affects the PMEC trails or there has been consistent rain that makes the trails difficult to pass.
Snow, ice, flooding or downed trees requires the Town to plow or treat the roads within 2 hours before (8AM) and 30 minutes after class (10:45AM).
A makeup date will be held on April 18th OR 25th.
Class will not be cancelled for the following:
Drizzle, light rain, showers and steady rain.
The temperature is above 0`F (real feel).
Snow, ice, flooding or downed trees that does not require the Town to plow or treat the roads between 8AM-10:45AM.
Know before you go
- To allow for social distancing, the maximum capacity of the hike is 15 people
- Our guides will maintain a social distance of 6 feet between themselves and your group
- Masks will be required during the hike
What to Wear:
People will need micro-spikes or yak-traks as well as snow shoes when needed. Appropriate, weather resistant clothing is necessary. Please wear water resistant gloves or mittens for poses that may have hands on the ground.
