Looking for a great way to get out of the house this winter? Then Snowshoe Yoga is for you! Join us for a snowshoe hike along the picturesque trails of PMEC, infused with mindfulness and yoga. Grab your friends and beat those winter blues! The class will consist of a 45 minute hike with some stops for meditation and asanas, followed by a 45 minute practice indoors in the lower level of the PMEC building.
Class will still be held if we are waiting for SNOW. Bring those micro-spikes just in case!
The class is open to all levels of fitness and will be held on Sundays from 9-10:30am. Class will meet at the Kiosk in the PMEC parking lot promptly at 9am. You will need comfortable warm layers, boots/hiking shoes, yoga clothing, yoga mat, water, snow shoes and micro spikes to fit over your boots on icy days. Poles are optional.
Due to weather, the Jan 6 date is cancelled and Feb 3 has been added to Session 1
Session 1 - January 13th, 20th, 27th and Feb 3
Session 2 - February 10, 17th, and March 3rd, 10th (due to school vacation week)
