moon-yoga
The full moon is a time for connection, intention, and expansion ~ a time to plant new seeds.
Immerse yourself in nature with forest bathing and yoga beneath the full moon. Restore and illuminate your senses with the two practices as you soak in nature.

Forest Bathing offers the opportunity to deepen our relationship with the natural world. It is a slow and mindful wander in the woods with a trained guide who shares invitations designed to open each of the senses and create space for connection and interactive experiences with the forest. We'll begin with a slow and mindful wander, exploring our senses while bathing in moonlight and nature.

Grounded in our connection with nature, we’ll continue our immersion with earth-based mindful yoga. Gently flowing yoga poses practiced under moonlight will be followed by meditation and savasana (relaxation). Pose modifications are given and this class is suitable for most.
A restorative and integrating tea ceremony will complete your experience.
