Girls Empowerment GREWP is a 6-session group of tween and teen girls learning to embrace their bodies, hearts, and minds. Individuals will obtain the skills to independently maneuver through the unique obstacles that arise in their lives and learn to build a sense of resilience both physically and mentally. Activities include games, hiking, mindfulness exercises, creative art expression, group discussions, and more with a central focus on developing self-esteem, self compassion, and confidence.
For those who have participated in the Girls Empowerment Summer camp experience, this group will be an extension of that experience.
