GREWP
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) is a research-based, skill building opportunity for young people to come together in a safe, small group learning environment. This therapeutic, educational support group will focus on building skills to help teens manage the myriad of demands they face today, including but not limited to: school, familial demands, peer relationships, self-imposed pressure, and much more.
Benefits for participating in these group sessions include:

  • Developing skills that can help rewire the brain to focus on taking in the good (instead of focusing on the bad)
  • Incorporating mindfulness techniques and practices into their lives
  • Learning to cope with and manage stress better
  • Develop peer relationships and associated social skills in a small group setting
