Come visit the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston with the Amherst Rec Dept!  The MFA is considered the 20th largest museum in the world, measured by public gallery area.  It contains over 8000 paintings and more than 450,000 works of art, making it one of the most comprehensive collections in the Americas! This price INCLUDES a ticket to the Special Exhibit of the works of Van Gogh.  You can see approximately 20 works by Van Gogh, including the MFA’s iconic portraits Postman Joseph Roulin(1888) and Lullaby: Madame Augustine Roulin Rocking a Cradle (La Berceuse) (1889) as well as important loans from museums such as the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, Museum of Modern Art in New York, Art Institute of Chicago, and Musée d’Orsay in Paris.
