Early Release Nature Explorers at PMEC
Come join us for an afternoon of fun and adventure at the Peabody Mill Environmental Center (PMEC)! On early release Wednesdays, we’ll pick up your young explorer from Wilkins School and head to PMEC for an exciting time in nature.
Children will enjoy hiking the beautiful trails, playing outdoor games, making nature-inspired crafts, and exploring the wonders of the natural world.
Let your child unwind, play, and connect with nature after a busy school day—rain or shine!

Additional Info:
- Transportation will be provided from Wilkins Elementary to PMEC. Please remember to register your child in the Pickup Patrol system and select the Amherst Rec Bus option.
- Any student remaining past 2:30 pm will be billed a late fee.
- A minimum of 6 participants is needed to run this program.
