AMHERST TRACK AND FIELD PRELIMINARY JUNIOR OLYMPIC XC MEET
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 8, 2015

2K-3K-4K-5K YOUTH XC RACES
OPEN MEN’S & WOMEN’S 5K STEEPLECHASE

Time: 8:45 am Course Walks
10:00 3K Youth (11-12 boys and girls)
10:30 3K Youth (9-10 boys and girls)
11:00 2K Youth (7-8 boys and girls)
11:30 4K Youth (13-14 boys and girls)
12:00 5K Youth (15-16 and 17-18 boys and girls)
Other Events: 1:00 pm Open 5K XC Steeple Chase

Location: Freestyle Farm, 188 Mack Hill Road in Amherst, NH


Entry Fee: Pre-entries - $10 (online entries close at midnight November 5)
November 5- Race Day - $15
Prizes: Awards to all participants
Facilities: Bathrooms, no changing facilities.
All proceeds benefit youth track and field programs of the Amherst Track and Field Club.

There are two options for registering runners.
1) A parent can create a household account, add their children to their account, and register them for the proper race.

2) A coach can register a team from 1-100 runners. The coach should create an account (household or organization) and add one runner from each age division into their "household." The coach can then register additional runners as guests and pay the invoice with a credit card. A registration form can be created for teams needing to submit an invoice. Please complete the Team Entry Spreadsheet and email it to Track@amhersttrack.org 

If you would like to pay by a check, please make checks out to the
Town of Amherst. 

Please call the office at 673-6248 between 8-4 Monday through Friday for assistance.

Required Waiver- To be signed during the registration process
I understand that running a cross country race is a potentially hazardous activity which could result in injury and death
and that I should not run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with my
participation in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other competitors, the effects of weather,
conditions of the running surface, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I agree to abide by any decisions
of the race officials relative to any aspect of my participation in this event. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller
blades and similar devices are not allowed in this event or on this course . Having read this waiver and knowing these
facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and
release the Town of Amherst, Freestyle Farm, L.L.C., the organizers of the event and their representatives and
successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability
may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all
foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recording or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
