Adventure Awaits!
Calling all young explorers! In our Kids Trail Trekkers class, children will discover the joy of hiking and nature through exciting outdoor adventures. Each week, we’ll hit the trails to learn about local wildlife, plants, and the environment, while building teamwork, confidence, and a love for the outdoors. With fun games, scavenger hunts, and nature-based activities, kids will stay active and engaged as they explore the great outdoors with new friends.
This class is meant to foster curiosity, respect for nature, and healthy outdoor habits—all in a safe and supportive environment.

* Remember to register your child in the Pickup Patrol system and choose the option Amherst Rec Bus
* Participants not taking the Amherst Rec bus from Wilkins Elementary can meet at PMEC at 3:00 pm
* A minimum of 8 participants is needed to run this program.
