We are excited to announce that we have added additional days to the afterschool arts schedule! You can now choose to participate on Mondays and or some Wednesdays or join us for all the sessions each month! See dates below!
Come join the creative arts studio for kids in grades 1-4! Holly Majkut and Jessica Anderson are excited to collaborate and join forces to offer the afterschool arts program! Allow your child to discover or nurture their inner artist through exploring a variety of art materials. Art studio time will allow your child to create their own masterpieces. Specific art mediums will be introduced each monthly session to allow the artist exposure and increased experience. (Schedule below). Mini art history lessons will also be incorporated based upon the theme of the month to provide education regarding the history of the art style/technique.
Sample ideas and directives will be available to assist with sparking creativity and imagination. This is not a formal art instruction class. The art studio concept focuses on creating and exploring art materials, having fun, and socializing. All art materials are provided and creations are brought home at the end of each class or the end of each monthly session.
