Looking to improve your basketball skills this summer... we've got basketball for all levels!  These two camps will focus on the fundamentals of basketball for rising 3rd -8th grade boys.

Nothing But Net: Coached by Coach Seaver
7th & 8th Addition 
Join Amherst Middle School Coach Seaver in this all around skill development camp for boys entering grades 5th through 8th. This camp offers workouts and drills that focus on shooting, ball handling, defense, rebounding, and all around basketball knowledge. This camp is designed to be fun but challenging to enhance the abilities of any skill level as all are welcome. 

5th & 6th Addition 
Join Amherst Middle School Coach Seaver and Weston Hickman in this all around skill development camp for boys entering grades 5th through 8th. This camp offers workouts and drills that focus on shooting, ball handling, defense, rebounding, and all around basketball knowledge. This camp is designed to be fun but challenging to enhance the abilities of any skill level as all are welcome.

Hoops and Dreams: Coached by Weston Hickman
3rd & 4th Addition 
Hoops and Dreams basketball camp will focus on the fundamentals of basketball. This week long camp will cover dribbling, shooting, defense playing, passing and team work. These important skills will be taught though fun activities and games! 

Who:  Rising 3rd & 4th Graders
Where: SHS Gym
When: June 17 - 21 (M/T/W from 1:30 - 5pm and Th/F from 8am - 12pm)
Fee: $100R $120NR

Meet Your instructors:
  • Coach Chad Seaver is the boys Middle School B team coach and this past year was his first year in the program but has other prior coaching experiences. His team finished 3rd in the division. Coach Seaver has coached basketball at the Middle School and High School level. Coach Seaver also currently works at AMS as a Paraprofessional. He looks forward to working with everyone.
  • Coach Weston Hickman will be a Junior at Souhegan High School. He has been playing basketball since Elementary school. Weston is extremely passionate about the sport. He has played all different level of basketball between Rec programs from 3rd through 8th grade, AAU for One Dream, and a Varsity player for Souhegan. He has also attended summer camps throughout the years. Weston wants to share is knowledge and experience, along with his passion with these upcoming athletes as they continue to develop their basketball skills.
