Trail Trekkers - Trail Trekkers Adventure Awaits!Calling all young explorers! In our Kids Trail Trekkers class, children will discover the joy of hiking and nature through exciting outdoor adventures. Each week, we’ll hit the trails to learn about local wildlife, plants, and the environment, while building teamwork, confidence, and a love for the outdoors. With fun games, scavenger hunts, and nature-based activities, kids will stay active and engaged as they explore the great outdoors with new friends.This class is meant to foster curiosity, respect for nature, and healthy outdoor habits—all in a safe and supportive environment.

Afterschool Lego Challenges w/ Right Brain Curriculum - October/November: Lego Challenges Lego Challenges, Ready, Set, Le-go!
If you love building with Legos, this is the class for you! Each week brings a thrilling challenge—whether it’s a helicopter rescue, a space shuttle launch, or Lego Godzilla attacking a city! Partner up and race against the clock to create your masterpiece. Then impress your classmates with your presentation skills. Our Right Brain Curriculum instructors will equip you with the tools to master persuasive language, perfect your eye contact, and maintain stellar posture—all essential for captivating presentations. Legos and public speaking, the perfect combination.Who: Grades 1 - 4When: Thursdays after school for a 6-week session. Nature Explorers - Nature Explorers - November: Our Feather Friends Welcome to Nature Explorers — where adventure and fun await!At Nature Explorers, we explore the wonders of the great outdoors through hands-on learning and play. Each class is an exciting journey into different natural habitats and animals, helping children discover the amazing world around them.Our time together will include:
Story time to spark imagination and curiosity
Circle Time for group discussion on a new nature-themed topic
A fun activity that brings our topic to life
And a take-home craft so your little explorer can continue the adventure at home!

In this class, we will dive into the science behind how rockets work, build simple rockets, and even launch our own mini rockets. Through fun experiments, stories, and creative activities, kids will discover the magic of space and the thrill of discovery. October- Discovering Fall LeavesJoin us for a colorful adventure into the world of fall leaves! In this hands-on science and nature class, kids will explore why leaves change color, learn to identify different types of trees by their leaves, and create leaf art. We'll go on a nature walk and use magnifying glasses to examine real leaves up close. Perfect for curious minds who love the outdoors, discovery, and a little bit of magic in nature! November – Animal Adaptations Students will explore how ecosystems transform during the fall season and how animals adapt to these changes to survive. We will talk about adaptations, migration, hibernation, food storage, and changes in physical traits.December - Owls & Winter BirdsSpread your wings and explore the world of owls and winter birds! Discover how these amazing creatures survive the cold, find food, and stay warm through the winter. We’ll learn about different owl species, listen to bird calls, and enjoy hands-on activities!January - Animal trackingBundle up and become a wildlife detective! Explore snowy trails and learn to identify animal tracks and signs. From tiny mice to sneaky foxes, every print tells a story about how animals survive the winter.February - The Science of Snow and IceGet ready to chill out with some cool science!
